Four years ago, I quit my job as a nurse to stay home with our four kids. I love staying at home with them, but I told my husband yesterday that I need a break. Two of our kids are in school and the other two kids are home with me full time. Every day I look forward to my husband getting home. It is not that I don’t love staying home, but I enjoy it so much when my husband is there with me to share responsibilities. None of our kids have ever been good nappers, so I get very little down time during the day. I have been trying to come up with creative ways to keep the kids entertained, especially since it has been so cold outside lately. A friend of mine told me to search “wireless internet Kennewick” so we could get internet. I think I will because that will allow me to find some activities for them online. I never knew that being a stay-at-home mom would be such a challenge, but I must say that it is the most rewarding challenge I have ever encountered.

Daddy's Operation

It's been a torture for the two boys yesterday as we waited for Daddy's operation to get it over with. It took three hours for the surgery to finish, and we are glad that everything went fine, although there is not really much to worry about because it's only a minor surgery but we don't really know what might could have happen.

Anyway, the kids were so bored to death waiting in the lobby. Good thing that i brought their nintendos with us and that's what made them occupied for just a bit. The big brother got tired playing and decided to read newspapers in the lobby and the little one decided to play my iphone. So here's the photos i got during our long wait at the lobby. Luckily, there was a vending machine by the hallway and bought the kids some treat that made them happy. After few minutes of walking back and forth, Daddy came out from the room and we're ready to go home. The kids fell asleep in the car as i drove them back home.

Medical Malpractice

A friend of mine asked me if i can help her to look for a medical malpractice insurance quote. I have no idea why she wants me to look for certain things but i am glad i was able to help her and found some. She said that her husband's friend wanted to sue the doctor for doing such malpractice. He went to the said doctor and found out that there was something wrong after the surgery, something was not right. So they want to file a case against the said doctor. Good thing that nothing happened to my friend's husband, because it was the same doctor who operated to her husband's friend. How scary.

Data Storage Systems

Before i got introduced to a technology world of external hard drive, i used to just save all my data files in the CD. But when i learned about the external hard drive, i was so happy that finally, i get to save all the data files in one gadget, not one two or three CD's that i have to store all my files, particularly the photos. Especially now that my photos are big files for i am using the DSLR's that makes big files of images.

But then when i told my friends about how happy i am i got my EHD, someone said that it isn't even enough to store all my pictures because the thing could break anytime, just like what happened to her. She trusted all her life to EHD and suddenly it broke on her. She was devastated and very upset because she couldn't retrieve her data files in it. So from then on, she started using data storage systems that made her feel safe since then.

What it does is she store all her data files outside from her computer, EHD or any other type of storage things. The advantage is, she can just go to her account there and look for the files she wants to pull out and she can do that anytime, even if she is not using her own computer or bringing along the EHD with her.

Redfeather Snowshoes

My first born child can't wait to go sledding again this year. He keeps on bugging me about it although he knew there is not much of a snow here in our town yet. And the other thing is, i don't have redfeather snowshoes yet as well, and i have to go and buy myself one. I already got him last year and he did like it because he was the one who chose the color and style. I have never done sledding before not until my son got interested about it, and i guess i will be doing this every year from now on.

Yoyo From Santa

I guess i still have plenty of time to shop for the boys's presents! Although i know that stores nowadays are getting crowded because of most people doing their Christmas holiday shopping, still i am not that worried because most of the things that i really like to shop is online. Just like the yoyos that my first born child listed in his Christmas wishlist to send it to Santa. For i know Santa has already something for him, it wouldn't be that much if i will cover it instead. But, of course i wouldn't tell him it came from me, i will still put label on it that it was from Santa so he won't get disappointed :)

The Delicate Arch In Moab Utah

The last time we've been to this very amazing work of nature was when MD was only about the same age as his little brother. I was so amazed by this piece of big rock on top of the mountain in Moab, Utah. You just have to realize how did the nature do this "Delicate Arch" as they call it. Really, it'll blow your mind away because, it's only the wind, rain and probably earthquake can make such a magnificent work of art. The rock itself is beautiful because of its vivid orange color. Unfortunately, i could not find the picture when the last time we've been to this place. But then, it wasn't as good as this pictures below though for i was only using a point and shoot camera then.

But last Sunday, i was so happy that unexpectedly we again, went to this place. It was actually an unplanned trip going there, but because it was on the way as we head home, we decided to just might as well stop by. Although we didn't hiked the three mile up all the way to that Arch in the background, still i am happy enough that i got some snaps of it using my 18-200 mm lens. I am surprised that i didn't hear the kids whine, not one bit. In fact, they enjoyed the one mile hiking part and back. Really, i am very happy to have our family pictures taken on this place. This arch is mostly seen by the vehicles's license plate numbers here in Utah.

Dakine Backpack

There's one thing in my wishlist that i would really really want to have, the dakine backpack. So i can store every electronic gadgets i have whenever we go somewhere. I would love to have my things organize during trips so i don't have to find it everywhere in the suitcase. Just like my cheapy backpack i got, all my personal things are in it but then since it is not as durable like my wish to have, i would be so happy if ever it will be replaced soon by the backpack i have been longing to own.

Photo Scanning

Before the external hard drive being introduced to me, i used to store all my photos to cd. That's the only way i can save them and not to load up my computer. And besides they are not as big files like what i have now since i am using a DSLR and takes big file in just one picture. But when i got my very first external hard drive and when i about to transfer all my pictures in it, the computer could not read the files that was being stored there and i panicked because i really thought that i would lose all those pictures i got in it. Good thing i was able to retrieve it and finally transferred it to my external hard drive.

Anyway, i also thought i could not trust cd anymore. But when i happened to stumble into a website that does the photo scanning services, i am again happy and gained trust to the cd. In fact, just to make sure i have to back up my storage from my EHD by doing the photo scanning. You can never tell what's gonna happen and if ever i lose or break one thing where i saved all my photos, at least i still got some cd to the rescue.

Packing And Unpacking, So Exhausting

One thing that my friend didn't like about her husband's job, is moving from one place to another. Not to mention they also got kids who's in school and their school surely gets affected because they cannot stay in the same school when they move again. She said that she felt so sorry for her children because they start to make good friends and later on, they will have to leave those dear friends because they have to move again to another place.

Right now they are looking some Calgary apartments for rent so they can temporarily stay there while they are still looking for a house to buy. She said, she is hoping that it will be the last move they are going to do. It's not that she didn't like the place, but the fact that she alone has to do the packing and unpacking soon as they get to the place they are going to move in. That surely is very exhausting for her.

It's already tiring whenever she thinks about organizing everything in the house or apartment they are going to rent. I can only imagine how hard it is for her, i don't think i would like it either. I am glad that my husband don't get to be assigned from one place to the other. That's the least i would want, is to pack and unpack things, and organize the furniture and everything in the house again.

Cool Medical Scrubs

My niece is now an official nurse! And i of course so proud of her! She mentioned to me when we chatted the other day that the clinic she was working to needs a new medical scrubs design. So she asked me if i can suggest her some styles of it. I gave her couple of link of the websites where to find those cool design scrubs. And i am so glad that she liked them. She will surely suggest all those websites that has the color and style they like. Right now, they are wearing the plain colored scrubs which they find it boring and pale.

New House For The Couple

I am so happy for my dearest uncle in California because they finally got the new house they have been dreaming of. Now they are currently shopping discount furniture stores in los angeles so they can beautify their new house. He invited me for the house warming but i am afraid i could not come to celebrate it with them due to my obligations and responsibilities to my kids, especially to my eldest. He goes to school and i have no one to replace me if ever i go there for at least a week. Too bad! Anyway, i am also excited to see the place by just viewing the pictures he will post soon.

Love Birds, Not Angry Birds!

Have you guys played angry birds? Or have you heard about that phone application? Anyway, i became addicted to it for awhile but later on i realized i have to stop playing with it. It's a fun game though, in fact, my son also got hooked up to it as well. So i had to stop him from playing with it too because he keeps on borrowing my phone haha.

Anyway, mainly i opened up this topic because i took a snap of a love birds last spring. We went to the zoo and i was able to take some good shots of the animals out there. Of course the kids had a blast visiting the animal place and was so excited when they saw different kinds of animals. So here's the love birds i was talking about, they surely are love birds, aren't they? Not angry birds! LOL!

Laser Distance

Sure that the technologies are getting better and better everyday. It is more convenient to use and more higher quality performance. I love to see how the world is adapting to it. Mostly everything is already operated by technologies. Just in the store, before, they only have scanner right on top of the cashier's counter. But now they do have the Laser Distance already for them to use whenever they can't use the top counter scanner to scan the items due to the size of it.

When we went to the wholesale store with my friend last weekend, i was just so impressed how the technology can make things easier for us. The laser that the lady used was just so impressive because my friend's cart was way far from her counter. But then she was able to scan the items no problem. She doesn't need to carry the items on top of her counter just to scan heavy and bulky items, all she has to do is point the scanner to the items and it's all good to go.

Pacman Arcade Machine

There will be another fight of our very brave and worldwide champion boxer Manny Pacqiuao again this coming November 12, 2011. And we are all excited for that. We are hoping and so certain that he will win this game again. And for sure there will be lots of good foods again that everyone will prepare while the fight is going on. And because the kids doesn't really care about the fight, the owner of the house (our friend) where we watch the show, bought a pacman arcade machine so the kids can have their own fun thing to do as well.

I am sure the kids are going to have some fun just as good as the parents while watching the fight. This time, i know that my two boys will not ask me to go home early like they always do. Since there will be a machine that will entertain them while we are there, it's rest assured that we all will be going to have a fun night in there. I just can't wait! I am too excited because it has been awhile since our last gathering to that house.

Wedding Industry

Weddings are a huge industry and when I got out of school I knew I needed to capitalize on it. I was big into graphic design at the time so I started playing around with things like placecards and invitations and save the dates. People my age really love all the cool graphic design stuff you see when you go on Etsy and other sites – it works well for me because I’m not all about the traditional stuff anyway. So I got hooked up with bank card processing so I could take credit card payments and I started making my friends’ wedding invitations and stuff like that. I can’t imagine why people pay so much for these things but they do and you know, at the end of the day I’m only here to make a product. It’s great because I pay my bills and I get to be creative, too, so I don’t really feel bad about charging a premium. Weddings are a rip off no matter where you cut corners so you may as well go all out!

Medical Scrub Clothing

It used to be just her dream but then now it is happening! My friend's daughter is about to graduate as a nurse this coming March, and we are all excited for her. She herself can't believe that her dream is all coming true, thanks to her perseverance and eagerness to make it all come true. She is a good daughter i must say, a very obedient girl and such a respectful one. I admire her for what she is, and i salute to the parents on how they raised her.

Anyway, she can't wait to wear the healthcare uniform that she has been just imagining before to wear. She said, that she will do her best to perform her job so well. She is going to be a dedicated nurse and will do the job with all her heart's desire. I actually had that dream as well, but it never happened for i believe that there's destiny for everyone of us. She is one lucky girl and can't wait to see her wearing medical scrub clothing soon. Way to go girl! We are all proud of you!

Ink Cartridges

I was very happy when our original ink cartridges got here by mail yesterday. I have lots of school works to print out for my first grader. I was so upset when i realized that the our printer ran out of ink. Good thing that we got the ink just about time yesterday. I also am happy because we don't have to take much of an effort to run to the store just to buy those genuine ink cartridges, since we can just get them through online store where we usually buy our genuine toner cartridges as well.

It sure is convenient for me to just buy most of the things i need online because i have two kids with me that i cannot leave in the house yet, they are still too young to be on their own. So i have no choice but to drag them along with me wherever i go. So shopping online like printer inks is just as good for me doing it online. Why do i have to make hard for myself and drive all the way to the store and buy those, if i can just easily do it through my fingertips and will be in our mail for a couple of day? Doesn't that sound so convenient? It is to me and i am glad that there's online stores nowadays :)

My Cool Dude ♥♥♥

These photos below were taken before we had our Halloween costumes photo shoot. It was the same location we went to, it's very nice because it is quiet and isolated. I took my friend here too and she loved it! In fact i also had her photo shoot that day when my little one had his. I took advantage of the place while the fall is here, the colors are just beautiful and stunning to our eyes, which i wish we could just keep it that way. I love fall season, this is the time i get to see different vivid colors of leaves as they get ready to die and prepare for the winter season.

This is the perfect time to have photo shooting up on the mountain because the background will surely be beautiful, the nature adds more beauty to the photos. So here are some snaps of my cool dude! LOL! Mostly i get stolen shots from him since he doesn't like being instructed on how to pose, and i am just happy that way because all his photographs came out so natural. :)

Another Way To Lose Weight

There's lots of people that are very serious in their dieting habit. I have a very good friend that tried suppressing appetite because she heard some friends as well that it worked for them great. Well, i can also see the progress of it though because i met her couple of times and she is indeed losing her weight by just taking the pills, she doesn't eat as much like she used to anymore, which is good. Also, she is trying to avoid fatty foods and has a lot of sugar in it. She is doing great and i can see that she is on her way to have a sexy look.

Rustic Bar Stools

If only we have enough budget to renovate our basement, i would love to have it to look more cozy and relaxing place. I would love to have a mini bar downstairs where my friends and i can hang out once in awhile. I already have some rustic bar stools that i consider to put in there in case we are going to do my plan. It would have been so nice to have that look downstairs. I can only imagine how pleasant our basement would be look like if ever it will be renovated.

His Coming Up Birthday

It will be a month from now and it's going to be hubby's birthday. I can't believe how the time flies so fast. It seems like it was only yesterday when i first met him, and now we have been married for seven years! And this coming month is his seventh times he will be celebrating his big day with me and with our two boys. So before it gets too late, i would like to do a surprise party for him. And make sure that everything is going to be alright. Good thing i don't have to make an extra effort with the cards because i already got the birthday invitations from invitationbox.com. So, what i need to prepare is my birthday present for him, and i just asked myself what would be the best thing to give him since he always tells me that he is already happy because he got me :)

New Television

One thing i got interested when my friend and i went to a appliance store is the samsung lcd. Our television here in our front room is kind of old already and i've already told hubby that we should replace it soon. I really like the flat screen and has the new features of the television. Maybe hubby would buy it this Christmas, although i really am not giving so much hope for it but i am still hoping that he will get it. It's not gonna be a present for me though, it would be a present for the whole family since we'll all be watching television in our living room.

Pop Up Booth

It was a fun day out with my bestfriend earlier, we went to a lot of Pop up booth that we see outside the mall. Plus we also met our friend who lives close to where the mall is. It was a blast for three of us. We had a lot of talk, and ate good dinner at our friend's house. We'll definitely do that again sometime and we have to set it so we'll have more time to bond. It sure is good to get out once in awhile, especially for me that i am a full time housewife and a mother of two boys. I really need to have a break and do some shopping.

Blessed And Fulfilled

I may not be rich when it comes to material things but i sure am rich with love from my loved ones who cares and think of me all the time. I love my myself just as the way as my loved ones love me. They make me happy and they always cheer me up, especially my two boys. They are my source of strength and the reason why i am inspired to do my best to be their mother.

I sure am blessed and a fulfilled woman. What could i ask for? I already have all the blessings more than enough from what i'm expecting to get. GOD is so good to me and i must say that HE loves me so much for giving me such priceless and precious blessings in life. These photos below were taken a couple of months ago. I happened to browse my album and found these solo pictures of mine taken at the lake by a friend who's gonna missed by me because she chose not to be with us anymore. She has her own decision and we can't just stop her from what she likes to do. We her friends are just hoping she won't regret with her choice.We surely feel sorry for her.

Pet Odor Removal

It's good to chat with a fellow mother in the morning because we get to exchange our ideas on how to prepare things for our school students. I had fun talking to one mother from Austin Texas that i know, she's been my friend for awhile now and i find her fun to talk to that's why i like chatting with her almost everyday. Anyway, we ended up our talking because she said that she has to get her place ready because the Carpet Odor Cleaning Team will come soon to clean the every room floor of her house.

She hired the pet stain and odor removal austin to thoroughly clean her house because she had all her carpet stained by her new pet, actually it was her kids's pet. Her husband bought a new puppy and brought it in the house. Although she herself didn't really care for it, but her kids just adore the new member of the family. And she was a little disappointed because she gets to clean the mess, and ended up hiring a team to clean the whole house carpeted floor. That's one thing i don't like though, the floor will be messed up and has to clean it thoroughly. Good thing my first born child is allergic to pets, so there is no way we can have pets in the house. And besides, i don't really care for it myself, honestly.

I still can remember when my mother bought my brother a really nice watch. I was so envy then because he got something and i didn't. September Birthdays Party

It was again, a successful party yesterday although there is someone missing there that we might not see anymore since she was the one who cut the string between us her friends. We decided that we shouldn't get in touch with her and we shouldn't get ourselves involve to what she wanna do to her life. It's her choice and decision to go back in a mud pit, so be it.

Anyway, the party yesterday was a fun and memorable one once again. There's lots of birthday celebrants on September so that's why we decided to just celebrate it in one day and share the specialties we got so we can all enjoy the party with all the prepared sumptuous foods. I was excited yesterday, and prepared early than usual. I also brought two dishes for them to taste. The kids were having so much fun and our daddy too met some new friends. I am glad that the party went well. And of course the mommy made herself look nice. This picture was taken by hubby before we left the house.

Trailer Hitches

We almost had a minor accident last night. The big brother threw a fit when we were about to leave the house where the party held because he said he was still having fun with some other kids. He was crying and kicking the chair inside the car and when he banged the buckle at the window, the daddy got upset and told him that we might as well not go back there if he acts that way. Daddy was the one's driving and because he was upset to the son, he backed up so quickly that he almost hit the trailer hitches of the truck behind us. It was a somewhat bad night for us but luckily, we didn't hit that thing that might caused our car a big damage in the back. The son and the daddy got settled right away, which is good.

I wish my daughter took her personal safety a little more seriously but ever since she bought that house she seems to think she’s invincible. I don’t know why it bugs me so but I just worry about her a lot and I know she doesn’t lock her doors and stuff as much as she should. I went towww.homesecuritysystem.com and got her an alarm system so she would be a bit safer but I know she hardly ever sets it so it’s not like it does her that much good anyway! She’s a great kid and she’s usually really smart but I feel like lately she’s had a really hard time getting in touch with reality and I want to be there to help and guide her just like I did when she was younger. I’m her dad and I know that I know best but sometimes it’s tough finding a way to get her to understand that! I guess when I was 25 I thought I knew everything, too, just like her.

Gift Basket For Boyfriend

My niece asked me if it's alright to give a gift basket for boyfriend. Actually i don't know since i never done that myself. But then new generations are more liberated nowadays so i should say that there is no big deal on doing so. In my time, always the boyfriend has something special for their girlfriend, never should a girl will give something which only means that you are putting yourself down. I have no idea why is that though since i see no reason why shouldn't the girl give something special to the boy, it should be equal.

Missing The Beach Fun

One thing i miss the most in Philippines is the beach that is not so far from my mother's house. It is owned by a kind relative so we can just enjoy being there without paying for our stay. My son loved it there so much, he could stay a day without whining anything to me. That's why when he gets bored in my mother's house, i just take him there and he will be all happy.

Not to mention seeing the group of kids out there whenever we go there. They get fascinated by my two boys because they said my boys are Americans, lol! I can easily recognize my oldest son whenever he was with the kids because even though he is not that lighter skinned, but when he joins the crowd, he stands out for he has the lightest skin among the kids. Oh how i miss this place so much! I wish i could go there right now but sad to say, it will be for awhile before we can go back to this beautiful and relaxing place of Bohol.

Business Conference Call

What's the advantage of the technology nowadays is every family or friends and relatives can now communicate to each other despite of the distance from each other. Just like my husband. His siblings and him are able to talk about what they up to lately and what should they do for their dear father through business conference call. I have never done it myself but i find it so cool because hubby can keep the conference going even though he doesn't have to say anything. It's pretty neat though. I want to try that to my siblings as well.

Aston Martin Mats

I guess it's time for me to replace the mats i have in my car. I had it since hubby bought the car for me and now it is wearing out because of the kids. Although my car hasn't been used that much but every time the kids gets in the car, they messed up with it. Anyway, i saw some cool aston martin mats that i really want to have for my car. I have to tell hubby about it so i don't have to spend money from my own pocket haha! How silly i am, am i? hehe.

Horse Equipment

It's going to be a big day for the whole family tomorrow. We will be going to a county fair next city after ours. It's been our tradition to attend the celebration every year. Sadly we didn't had the chance to celebrate it last year because we went for a long vacation over to my country. Anyway, soon as we get there tomorrow, i might as well check on horse equipment because i was so curious about it. I was thinking that it might be a good idea if i will try to let my son join to any activities or sports. I have so many things in my mind for my son, i just don't know which one should be the best for him.

Lightweight Backpacking Tents

We don't have to buy smaller tents for the kids since the kids might not be comfortable sleeping at night being away from us with their own tents since we will be out in the forest or somewhere. Promise Ring Etiquette

We just celebrated our wedding anniversary with my husband the other day. I must say that we've gone through a lot already. Lots of happy and unforgettable memories that we keep and will keep forever. I still can remember how my husband proposed marriage to me. I cried for joy because i never dreamed to have that kind of proposal like what hubby did to me, but he did, and i was so touched and i felt so special.

He Is Turning Two!

In about two weeks from now, my little potato will turn two. How times flies so fast indeed! I can't believe that it's almost two years already when i delivered him. I still can remember the very first time i saw him, his face and his yawn! Just like what i felt when i saw his big brother and his big sister. When i woke up after a long sleep from delivering him, Daddy excitedly announced that we got a healthy 9.3 lbs boy. And he made sure that he's perfect, ten toes and ten fingers and everything is normal. Silly daddy! Anyway, that's all i wanted to hear and fell asleep again. I was dead tired, i could hardly open my eyes for i haven't had enough sleep for the last two months i had him in my tummy. I was restless and exhausted. And was so glad that i finally got him out healthy.

Now, i am baby hungry again, i have seen some photos of my friends on their walls about their newborns and it makes me sad knowing that i can't have another baby anymore, i am fixed. Well, i have no regrets about it, i don't want to take risk and it might cost my life and i can't imagine leaving my kids at their very early age. And so am i, i am too young and it's too early for me to go, not the right time yet. I still want to see my kids grow and will have a family of their own someday.

And like what i said, my little one is growing so fast! Does this mean that he will be a terrible two soon? LOL! He already is a trouble! He wrecks things in and outside the house, he is too much sometimes but still we love him for he is our baby in the house, he is a precious one and just don't know what he was doing and he probably thinks that what he does are cool things to do, lol! To my little one, please don't grow too fast, i am already missing you as my newborn and now you are turning two very soon... We love you so much and always be a good boy!

Virus Scan

It has been awhile since i last scanned my computer. I am confident enough that my new laptop doesn't have any malicious virus in it for i don't actually browse strange websites. There's a whole lot of virus, spams and many other things scattered everywhere in the net world. That's why i am very careful not to browse those websites that i don't really know and it's not known as well. My oldest son sometimes uses this computer but i always remind him to just go to the sites that he likes to play games and watch videos, not anything else. Which i am glad that he listens and obeys me.

The last Virus scan i did to this computer was long time ago and there was no result found. I may have to remind myself by putting a sticky note in this monitor for me to remember since i am a very forgetful person now. With all the surgeries i gone through, that's the big excuse why, and not getting old instead lol! Anyway, since it is time for me to do the scanning again sometime this week or this weekend, i am hoping that the result will be the same as before. I already learned my lesson before, i kept browsing whatever links and sites that it looks interesting and very convincing to me, and realized later that it was just a hoax site and it's a big virus site. Now, i became more extra careful on whatever i browse here because i don't want to have any virus or bad stuff here in my computer.

She Is Three Today

Nothing can hurt a mother than to lose a child. It happened to me three years ago now and still the pain feels exactly the same when i lost her after she lived for twelve days. No one would think she would give up because she was a pretty strong girl. She was tough just like her mother. But i guess she is just too precious to stay with us. She was born premature and her lungs did not develop like it was supposed to. Plus the fact that i had gestational diabetes when i had her.

Until now, i am still blaming myself for my big mistake, it was a wrong decision that i went to Philippines. I should have just stayed here and she could have survived and delivered a full term baby. It really hurts me every time i see her pictures and videos, the pain gets freshen up every time i see her and even if i just think about her. Today is her birthday, she could've been three years old now. I am sure if she was around, she will be a one jolly and beautiful girl. To my little lady, happy birthday to you baby girl!!! You are missed by Daddy, Mommy and brothers.... I know you are happy where you at right now, you are our angel that watches over us and help to protect us from harm... We love you so much baby!

Burnt Orange Scrubs

I was a little surprised when i saw my friend in the store where i went earlier today. I haven't seen her for awhile and we just bumped each other there in the store. She was still wearing her medical scrubs because she just got off from her work. We chatted for a little bit and bid goodbye right after for she was in a hurry, she has to pick up her kids at the baby sitter's house. I told her a bit about me hunting for a job. I finally decided to look for one so i can do things without depending on my husband's income.

She suggested that why not try to go to school take the CNA class. So far, she is enjoying what she is doing, her job wasn't that hard like what she thought it was before. So, why shouldn't i try that myself? That's really a good idea though, while i look for a job for now, soon as i get hired and make money, i will do that, take that CNA class and become one someday. I am already picturing in my mind wearing burnt orange scrubs which i like the most. Don't you think i would qualify? If others did it, why can't i, right? Hmmm... I am looking forward to that.

I Need New Printer

I must say that the printer we have here in the house is as old as this house, lol! Truly and honestly, our printer is not latest, it is an older version that you can probably buy it on the thrift store now. Unlike the new upgraded Printers in the market nowadays, they can do lots of things aside from just plain printing. I have a lot of things to do supposedly but since that i have no new printer here at home yet, i might shop one today.

I already asked some of my friends who are good in electronics and devices and they suggested to buy a reliable and dependable brand. One friend told me to buy what he got because he had it for awhile now and until now it works fine just like it's new. Since i got the testimony from her, i might as well got what she have. She uses it for her small business and her printer never gave her trouble, not once.

Spotless Carpet

I do know that our carpet needs a thorough cleaning. But not this time though. For all we know that if we have kids in the house, they will just messes up things just as easy like a snap of fingers. Especially that summer is here. They come in and out in the house more often, unlike during winter, they are pretty much stuck inside the house for it would be too cold for them to stay outside too long.

Anyway, i decided to do the carpet cleaning on fall season instead, so it will be clean before winter comes and won't get dirty as quickly like it will be if i let the carpet cleaning team do it during summertime. A friend of mine told me that idea to better do it when winter is about to come. She already did it before and her kids just messed up their carpet right after it got cleaned up. And she paid for it just to get it cleaned, but then within just a blink of an eye, it's all dirty again. Now that she learned from it, she hires the steam carpet cleaning service austin when it is time for everybody to hibernate inside the house, so her house will be kept clean and the carpet will be spotless.

Look Who's Tired!

It was a fun day for me, for my kids and for my friends yesterday at the pool we went to. I was thinking twice whether not to go or should i go still even though that there was storm came. It rained and was a little windy yesterday, but i am glad i decided to go because it turned out to be a fun day for all of us. The kids had a blast and the parents enjoyed the bonding time. We stayed there for pretty much half of the day and decided to leave the place when someone told us that the pool will be closing in few minutes and they are going to prepare the party that will be held there.

It was still bright outside when we got home, three of us were tired but the kids were obviously exhausted after all the fun activities they did in the pool. The big brother played his nintendo soon as we got home and rested in the couch, the little one dozed off soon as i put him in the couch. Here's the two pictures i took before and right after he closed his eyes... He is obviously tired but i am sure he would love to go to the pool over and over again :)

I Want Perfect Figure

Summer is here, most women are now insane on how to get rid of their extra unwanted fats on their bodies. Although i am not considered fat myself because i am not a large type of person, still i have some issues in some parts of my body. Just like my bulging tummy. My kids are some of the craftiest kids that I've ever met. They're just so creative and I try to encourage that creativity. I just wish that I was as creative as they are! I'm not really sure who they got it from. But most of this summer, we've been staying busy with creative craft projects and I was starting to run out of ideas.

So I went online to try and find out exactly what I could make with them that we would be able to use for a long time, instead of just hanging the creations up on the fridge like we do for most of them. Motorcycle Or Bike?

This photo above was taken awhile ago already. We went to the park with my kids and my oldest son was so glad that he found his kindergarten classmate there. They chatted and played for few hours and later on i found out that his friend got a real cool bike. My son doesn't know how to ride his bike without training wheels yet, though he should know already but he is so scared to try it and learn. I guess he is like me sometimes, scared to try things that is new to me, but soon as i learn i will not stop doing it anymore. Anyway, i find this bike so cool and interesting, it looks like a motorcycle to me, a very unusual design for a kids's bike, don't you think? Cool!

Document Software

I guess it's time for my brother to put his documents in order, now that his business is starting to grow. He does need the document management software so he can arrange everything from start. It would be easier for him to put his documents away without looking for every files he's got everywhere. For now, he's keeping every files he has in a folder. So he won't lose every single files, he should get the software so he can save it and it will be properly in order.

Tablet Laptops

Before we have regular laptops, and now we have tablet laptops. Really, people can't get enough of new devices, technologies are getting better and better each time. I myself is getting spoiled by all these devices that's been out in the market. For now, i have this latest laptop model, but when i plan to go back home, i would like hubby to buy me a tablet for myself so i don't bring along this heavy laptop and i got the light device with me instead. I am holding it off for now for i have no need for it, but when i go travel, long flight, then i would want to have one.

Need To Get It Fixed

Really, i had no idea what happened to my son's computer because it was still working the other day and yesterday it did not work anymore. He was so upset as expected because he can't play his games anymore. His dad tried to fix it but it seems like Daddy can't even figure out himself what was the problem of the computer. He even tried to hook up the monitor in to my laptop to see if it works and it did. So he is assuming that the cpu has the problem why it doesn't turn on.

Hubby said that if the cpu itself has the problem, we'll probably have to bring it to the store where they fix computers to see if they can fix it for us. But if not, hubby might have to replace it. And talking about replacement, he said that might as well also replace the monitor with the new Samsung. They have the nice flat screen and bigger than what my son has. So, whether the cpu get fixed or not, still, we'll get our son a new bigger screen monitor for him to see better. The bigger screen the better, so his eyes won't go bad and he doesn't have to look closer to the monitor like he usually does whenever he plays his favorite games.

Fun Under The Sun With My Sons

It was a great and beautiful day yesterday. I was able to enjoy the whole afternoon with my two boys and went to the park nearby, which is in fact a block away from our house. I took some photographs of them aside from my macro obsession. I brought my portrait lens so i can capture their fun time together. So here are some cute shots i got of my two boys, they were having so much fun playing at the park, running, chasing each other and enjoying the warm weather just like their mom. Surely, having fun under the sun will be done more often from now on since the weather here is getting warmer everyday.

How sweet is my friend for sending me a sweet delights even though there is no occasion or celebration or anything. I actually never heard of this sweet treats before not until she sent me the box. Graduation Invitations

So glad that finally my son just graduated in Kindergarten. All we have to worry is his test for qualification for first grade. Too bad i was not able to send some graduation invitations of my son so we can at least celebrate it with some good friends because we are actually preparing for this trip. So right after he graduated we hit the road right away to keep going. But what most important is, he finished his school years with good records, no tardiness or whatsoever. And most of all, he was congratulated by his teacher and principal as a good example, a smart kid and awarded by a master in reading medal. We are so proud of him, he did great in school and we are hoping that he will stay being a good student and smart of course until he finishes his studies up to college.

Fun Vacation For Family

We are really enjoying our stay here in Washington despite of the nasty weather we're getting here. It has been raining ever since we got here and today, it seems like we are going to have a fairly good weather although that the sun isn't shining so bright like what we wanted. We supposed to leave today but my brother called me and told me that he can stay out one more day so he can spend his day with us. He still wants to bond with my two boys some more.

Anyway, we had a pretty crazy yesterday. My brother, his co worker and me lost our way where we would like to go. I should've turned the way where i went the other day but thought the way i turned yesterday was a shortcut, but instead we ended up getting lost, silly. So we are so thankful that there was a good samaritan that led us our way back to where we supposed to go.

My oldest son was with us and he was so worn out after that winding trip we had. He played a little bit with his brother and his uncle and soon after my brother left, he fell right into sleep. And this is how he looked! He told us before he dozed off that he was an army protecting the good people. So, do you think there's a military that fell asleep on his duty and still holding a gun like this? LOL!

Tretinoin Gel

I would say that i am not the type of person that easily rely on to pills. As much as possible, i would prefer putting some cream or gel into an affected parts if ever i get pimples or some kind of bumps on my face. I guess it is not very practical to have a pool or spa here in our town because we always have a cold temperature here even during summer time. So that tells me why most houses here don't have it. Annoying Bump

I am glad that the pimples on the corner of my left eye is now gone. Someone told me the best way to get rid of pimples. It bothered me so much even if i only wink because it was actually inside the corner of my eye. It's quite annoying when there is bump on my face because i can't seem help myself but to keep on picking on it until it pops. But in this case, i kept rubbing it and it made my eye a little bit swollen. Now that is gone, i am just glad because we have this up coming trip and i don't want my brother see me with a bump on my face lol!

Mother's Day Gift For Myself

It is a beautiful day today. The sun is shining so bright, the wind is not too chilly either, it is perfect day to enjoy outside. Earlier, when i took my son to his school, i happened to see a yard sale close to my son's school. So, right after i dropped him off to school, i went back to where i saw the yard sale. There were lots of good stuff in there, it's just that more on baby things and it makes me want to have another baby again. Sadly, i can't make baby anymore, :(.

Anyway, i stayed there for a little bit and found this purse below. I checked it and happy to see that it is a branded purse. So i asked the owner how much and told me it's three dollars. I was so happy because, she almost like giving her stuff away, she said that they are doing the spring cleaning. And she's got lots of purses still in her closet, and some of them just can't let them go that easy.

The original price of this purse by the way is sixty seven bucks as you can see the tag. This is still new and never been used yet by the owner, she just have to give up some of her purses because she keeps on buying purses and some of them were not used yet just like this one that i got. Hey, ain't it a good deal? This is my first red purse, and i would like to give this to myself as a mother's day present from me, LOL!

A Night Owl Girl

Some friends call me a night owl. It is simply because i prefer to stay awake the whole night rather than waking up early in the morning. Even before i got married i have been like this. When Nobody Becomes Somebody

I can still remember that someone whom is close to my heart told me that i should not touch her LANCÔME cosmetics because i can't afford to pay her if i drop and break it. My intention then was to praise her that she must be somebody for having those expensive things, but i guess it was a mistake of me thinking like what i thought she is just because of material things she had then. She must have misunderstood what i meant, instead she told me that i better not lay my fingers on her things because i have no way to pay for it if i lose or break her stuff.

Really, you cannot tell the person's fate. She probably did not think that i would become a better person and will be where i am at now. She must be ashamed of me because of what life she has right now compared to mine. But i don't really look at her like how she looked at me then. I still love her and still think of her like i used to when i was little girl. She's have been part of my life and no one or nothing can ever change that. That's why i don't really judge people because we can't really tell their fate, they might be way above you in the future, they'll look down at you and will tell you, "HEY! LOOK AT ME NOW, I AM ABOVE YOU! YOU USED TO TELL ME THAT I AM NOBODY, BUT NOW I AM SOMEBODY, WHAT CAN YOU SAY?". In fact, whoever i meet that thinks i am somebody (it's probably because i now live here in the milk and honey land), i always tell them that it's just all about ambition and dreams, if you strive for it then you can have it in your hands.

It was a fun birthday celebration of my friend's two year old son. It was like a potluck because everyone who's invited brought some delicious food. It has been awhile since i last visited this friend of mine, i hardly go to her place for i am busy and so as she. Diamonds is women's obsession, isn't that true? I myself is not obsessed but love diamonds, that's one of my wearkness. I have a couple of rings that i collected already and would love to own a few more. Kiddos New Do For Spring

Spring is really here now! And i am so glad that we are slowly getting warmer days. In fact i was able to roam around already for two days now. But unfortunately there's another storm came tonight and i am hoping that this will be the last storm we are going to get.

So, because spring is here, i took the kids to the barbershop last two weeks ago with their dad so they can have their new do's. Our big boy was a little hesitant going to the barber at first, but when we got there, he calmed down for luckily there was a lady that cuts the little boys's hairs. It's so sad to see a friend that is now sick really bad. But, i am so glad that he's still able to make jokes for those who visited him. He's a fun guy to talk to, he's old but he can jam with youngers. And now that he is ill, we visit him every now and then so he will be happy somehow. I asked him if he's doing alright and he replied that he's thinking he won't last very long anymore but there's one wish that he would want to get before he go away, an avo cigar. Silly man, his daughter is trying to hide all the things that will make his condition worse, but this time, the daughter gave what he wanted. Oh, love can do anything.

Everyone is devastated of the calamity in Japan. It was so heartbreaking seeing Japan after they got hit with the 8.9 magnitude quake. There's a lot of people that are currently missing and died with the colossal tragedy. My heart dropped when i woke up and learned what happened to Japan. It was indeed a very sad news. What i am thinking right now is how will Japan could overcome after all what happened. The job, the buildings and the life that got wasted...

Everytime things like this happens to some other place, it makes me feel so lucky that i am in the safe place, but on the other hand, it also makes me feel sad for the people who's in that place where the tragedy happened. I am not a religious kind of person but i will try my best that my prayers will be heard by HIM to give those loved ones that were left behind a strength, enough courage to move on and get their life start all over again despite the fact that they lost some of their loved ones and lost a lot of things. I am so saddened....

Comfortable Nursing Uniforms

The nurses uniforms nowadays are more comfortable to wear. I used to like to see nurses before wearing white shirts and pants with a white hat. They look so clean and wholesome. But now they are more happy looking nurses for they are wearing colored scrubs. When i delivered my third child, i saw the nurses that took care of me and my little one, the one's took care of me wore with a multicolored scrubs and the one's who took care of my little one wore with a baby printed scrubs. I actually like it better today though that wearing a pure white shirts and pants, more comfy and easy to move around for they are now wearing pants instead of skirts.

There are a lot of television shows about real estate but none quite as un-classy as Million Dollar Listing. And that is the exact reason I love this show. It takes what is normally boring and mundane, real estate, and adds in spice and drama that keeps me watching week after week. My favorite character b far is Josh Flagg. He is so into himself I do not see how he has time to sell real estate. And for anyone who may think he is my favorite because of ability, or drive, or willingness to go the extra mile, they would be sorely mistaken. I love him because of how much he loves himself. It is pure comedy. I watch this show for the drama and Josh supplies more of it that anyone else. Just a few years ago he was arrested for selling stolen art! That is the caliber of drama that Josh supplies. There are several segments of him selling homes where you do get a sense of how hard working and driven he is, but then there is the rest of the show. They show him going to his grandmother's mansion and golfing and driving luxury cars and you think 'Of course he made it! He came from money!” but the way he talks you would think he came from humble beginnings and worked his way to the top. Playing In The Snow

Snow storm hit Utah started last night and until today. It's snowing but it isn't as heavy like it was last night. I was so amazed how big the snow flakes poured last night, they are not so ordinary snowy days. This morning my son woke me up and told me how nice it is to play outside and it is a perfect day for snowboarding. But i told him that i don't feel like going up to the mountain because i am not well yet, although i am a little better now. And besides, it is still snowing here and that only tells me that it will be freezing up in the mountain where he wants to play his snowboard.So since he begged that he really wants to go outside, i just decided to dressed them up with their warm thick coats and we all went outside to play a little bit. My poor car was buried in the snow and my oldest son, helped me wiped the snow off. We had fun although we did not stay very long outside, and came back inside and drank hot chocolate to keep ourselves warm and feel better.

Home Speakers

I was debating myself whether i should put these old home speakers that hubby has for quite sometime and now being replaced by a new one. It does still works so great though, he just want to buy a new set which what he's got right now. He told me to just give it or maybe get rid of it, but i don't think i would want to get rid of it by disposing it. I will probably put this in the box that i am about to send to my mother. For i am sure my youngest brother would love to have this, even if it is used already, still in a good condition like it's brand new for hubby took care of it really good. This will be one of my surprise for my youngest brother, i know he will be so happy to have this set.

Annoying Junk Letters

Even though we already ignored most of those car insurance companies that sends us letters for us to get convinced to switch our current car insurance to them, they still sends us almost every week and it's getting so annoying receiving those junks for we called them many times to quit sending us those junk letters from them. So hubby told them they are just wasting time and money for sending us those, which it will only end up to his burn bucket. There are also insurance companies that calls us, and i am glad that hubby took care of that annoying phone calls by registering our phone number to "do not call this number" list.

No Potential In Singing And Dancing

I was being told that there is a young man who give it a shot in American Idol from South that is exactly looks like my oldest son when he grow up. So i viewed his audition video in youtube and indeed, i was so surprised when i saw his face, it looks like my son a little bit. The shape of their face are the same, and the smile. In fact, he looks a lot like my son's half brother (my husband's son), they talk the same and the low voice are just exactly sounds the same like my step son's.I love his baritone voice and he is only sixteen years old but he's got that very low voice already. He sang a country music and i just love how he sang the song. I also love that southern accent of his. He is so cute and good looking young man. I wish my son will get fascinated in singing when he grow up, but i would not hope too much for it because i can just see that he's got no potential in singing and dancing, which he must have got it from his daddy, a shy type kind of person.

Burn This Belly Fat!

You guys are probably annoyed about my whining of my belly fat. Well, who am i blaming to? No one but myself! I eat a lot and not doing any exercise, so that made my belly fat like i am expecting. I have been mistakenly thought several times that i am expecting another baby, heck no! How i wish! I cannot have another baby anymore, sad to say. So it made me realized that i really need to do something about this problem i have, i need to find something that will burn belly fat fast. I am not fat myself, it's just that my tummy is bulging, and i know that it is because i gave birth three times and did not do something about it to get it firm again like it used to. I guess i was not so motivated then, but now i am!

Tattoo? Not Me!

Some people are fascinated with the tattoos, i am not. I simply don't like my skin being stained by permanent ink that for me, it's just not right. I am not against to tattoos though, i just don't want it myself. Some friends of mine has tattoos in their body, and some of them has it in the almost private part of their body. For me, tattoo is not an art, for i believe that our body is not like a paper that you can just draw things whatever you like. Maybe if it is just a temporary one, it is alright for it can be removed easily. Good thing there is a remove tattoo nowadays for those who have permanent ones. I wonder if that hurts because they use needles, but even if i am curious, i would not want to have one in any part of my body. I will leave my skin as it is.

Projector Bulbs

My niece is about to graduate son, and i am just excited as she is because she is fulfilling the dream that i used to have, to be a nurse someday, but i guess she is the one that is going to be a nurse soon. She told me that things are getting tougher and harder as she is trying to finish her course, she has a lot of projects to do and a lot of paper works to finish. The last time we chatted, she was looking for a projector bulbs to use for the machine as one of her project. It's a group project anyway and she's the one that was being assigned to provide it. I told her the place where she can find it and thanked me for i saved her from looking everywhere.

Online Degree Program

If i have the chance to continue my studies, i would like to just go get an online degree programs. That way, i can still pursue my studies while i don't have to leave my kids at home with a baby sitter or maybe send them to a daycare center. I have been thinking about it many times and getting an online degree is the perfect one for me, i can finish a degree while at home. It is my dream to finish, and i am looking forward to it when perfect time comes that i will continue it someday. For now, i have to wait for a little bit because i still have a little one and he still needs my full attention, wait until he will be in a certain age and i will get myself an online degree program.

Cute Captured Moment

My little one has been sick last week and i was so worried because he was having on and off fever. I am just so glad that now he is well and starting to be more active once again. I had a tiring week last week for he wants to be held all the time. I was not able to do what i should do for i cannot leave the poor thing alone, he would cry his heart out once he is being put down.

Last night he felt better and glad that he is showing me that he's back to normal, playful, and giving me smile all the time. He actually did not have a bath for several days, i just gave him sponge bath every night so to keep his temperature down. And when i gave him a warm bath last night he was somewhat happy and felt refreshed again. But i had to hurry and dressed him with his over all jammies for i can see in his eyes that he is getting sleepy. But! I was still able to take a picture of him and i love how i got it because he looked so cute and it's like there is a story in the picture i captured. Take a look!

When my son visited his classmate's house the other day, he was all excited when he told me about the home automation systems of his classmate's house. He said that we should get one for our house too because it is neat! Anyway, it made me think that my son is right, we should get one for our house since we like to travel a lot especially during summer time. That way, we won't be as bothered like we used to during our trips and not to mention that we do take long trips. Last 2008 we went all the way to south and back and spent for about two weeks on the road. Two weeks being gone in the house is long enough, that's why i told hubby that we should consider what our son suggested us getting one.

Allergic To Shrimp

My bad, my bad!!!! I should not mixed the shrimp to the noodle i cooked last night because it was my son's favorite but unfortunately he is allergic to shrimp! Now he's suffering from his allergy really bad. The worst part is, he ran out of anti-allergy medicine. I have to push hubby to go to the store and buy our poor boy his medicine. I become so worried because his allergy got even worse, if only we got some left here in the house, it wouldn't get worse like he is now. He can barely open his eyes because it is swollen, he's got runny nose, watery eyes and non-stop sneezing.

I get panic when he gets allergy because i already had trauma about it during when we had our vacation a year ago in Philippines, he got allergy from something and he was having hard time to breath. Good thing the clinic doctor was there to give him prescription. I always have his medicine ready but it just happened that he ran out of it today, darn! I should have keep track on that one.
