Employment Background Checks

I still remember when i first applied for a job here in America, i was so excited and really thought that i could get the job i was wishing to have. But then because i have lack of experience they didn't hire me. Sadly when they did my employment background checks, they didn't find nothing, because all my employment records were from my country which they don't really count it here. But oh well, there's perfect time for everything, i still am hoping i could get a good job for me.
